I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice obtained from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I later received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Lindenwood University. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor with the states of Missouri, Illinois, & California. I am a National Certified Counselor and I hold certifications in Applied Suicide Intervention Skill Training, American Red Cross Standard First Aid, and American Red Cross Adult C.P.R. I am also trained & certified to provide Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My areas of specified training include trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, suicide intervention, adolescent behavioral issues, and sexual and physical abuse.

I have provided counseling services to multiple individuals and families for over 15 years.  I have worked with clients in various crises; completing individual, marriage, family and group counseling both in-home and in-office settings to assist in stabilizing and improving mental health and decision making skills. I currently provide services through Telehealth and virtual platforms. I have provided psychological services to children, adolescents and adults who have experienced struggles due to various crisis, transitions in life, common life stressors, and various mental health disorders.
